I quickly discovered how fantastic it is to tell a story…

While studying International Business at the Amsterdam University of
Applied Sciences, I missed a creative outlet. So, I started editing films as a hobby in my spare time.

I discovered quickly how fantastic it is to tell a story. After that, it did not
take long before I enrolled at the Amsterdam Film School. Since then, I
have completed both studies and I am now working as a fulltime film
editor.

What drives me as an editor is the way in which I can manipulate plot,
score, sound, and graphics to produce an engaging whole. I am very
passionate about working together with directors to translate their vision and create a realistic story line in both creative and commercial work.
